Chick-Fil-A Employee Climbs Into a Storm Drain To Get a Customers Phone

As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service and having to say "my pleasure." In fact, if you're like me, you try to guess how many times you can get them to say it. Well, a woman in Virginia is thankful for them. Shauna Hall was leaving when she dropped her phone and it bounced into a storm drain. Hall went back into the store in tears and the manager wasn't sure how they could help. That's when Seth, the digital marketing manager, stepped in. Seth climbed into the storm drain and retrieved her phone.
